[Heading surrounded by asterisks] EVEN IN Prison People are Panicking about the Virus

Several prisons are either on lockdown or are on a modified program due to the scare of the coronavirus.

Only one building at a time is allowed to use the main yard as normally all (5) of the buildings would be released out to the yard at the same time. We are also being cell-fed - No one is allowed to go to the chow hall - with the exception of critical workers. When the virus enters into these confines we then will be on a full-blown lockdown. Many of the inmates are stockpiling goods from our inmate canteen as no one knows how long this is going to last.
