Yes, this lockdown is definitely getting to me. There's no reason for it! If they want us to wear masks that's fine, but there's NO REASON to keep us locked up in our cells -or our units - for all this time. It's been three months now! This is not physically or emotionally healthy 7 the Warden is just being sadistic.
I can tell that you're a very cool & friendly person too with all your animals! Animals need love & they can tell when a person is loving. And I think it's SO COOL (and brave) of you to quit your office job to start a dog walking company! I bet you really enjoy that.
Yes, it would be nice if we could have therapy dogs. It would be awesome if we could train dogs to be companions for people in need. I've heard they do that in some state prisons, but no in the feds. State prisons usually have a lot more to offer than the federal prisons.
I would love to have the opportunity to do something good with my time in here, but they just expect us to sit in here & rot for 20_ years then release us to be homeless on the streets & yet still be good citizens. (Sorry to vent on you like that, but it's true).
Anyway, I want to thank you again for writing. It means so much to me & I'm very thankful to you!
