Affirmations that encourages

When I was in Army JROTC, we had affirmations that we would say every day that would help us keep striving for our goal. That was to go to the Army for me. Still till this day, I live by those affirmations that my captain and staff sergeant taught us. Through the times, I feel stuck seems like there is no light at the end of tunnel. I tell my(?) you are motivated, dedicated, determine you will succeed PFC. I was a private first class in Army JROTC. I talk to myself just like that. Here are some things I need that was a very enlightenment and encouragement recently.

Stars

Stars are born from chaos. They are born only after they first collapse. So my beautiful friends, when you find yourself collapsing. When you find yourself lost in the midst of chaos and confusion, know that it's because a new beginning is coming. Know that everything is spinning and turning inside of you in order to form new worlds that you can't even imagine yet. Everything is quietly working under the surface to bring a new light and it will shine brighter than ever. Nikki Bamas

I have fed mouths that have talked stuff about me. I've wiped tears of the faces of the people that have caused mine. I have picked up people that have tried to knock me down. I've done favors for people that have not been there for me. Crazy? Maybe...BUT I WILL NOT LOSE MYSELF IN THE HATRED OF OTHERS. I continue to be me because I am who I am and it is my nature as life isn't easy, but even through all the mess, I will still be here, being me.
