Love Note

12/7/2020

My Dearest Love:
I'm remembering so well the two of us sailing in the south seas on those long hot summer days we though would last forever. You were my beautiful mermaid then without the flippers laying on the deck of our little sailing craft for hours in the still winds as I sit watching you under the sea mending those canvas sails. I can still see you swimming around the bow during these times of soft winds. What was the name you gave those sand dunes that laid just above the water. The ones we had to toe our little sailing craft over. Our bodies turned the color of gold that summer. While my hair turned the color of wheat your's turned the color of fire, like you had the flames of the sun dancing on it. We would lay awake in one anothers arms in the heat of the night watching the stars through a clear blue sky. Why we left this paradise I will never understand. We had everything we ever needed there in one anothers dreams. Our promise to one another as we parted from this paradise as that one day we would return together. Once again I am working on the hull and repairing the sails. I only await for your return my love.

♡I'll Love You Always +
Forever + Ever
, Your Steve

Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. Your writing was very beautiful, and I enjoyed reading it although it was a little sad. Sending you warmth.
