Dear Chief Inspector General
Greetings! I'm enclosing a letter and three grievances that I'm sending to the Inspector General. Which shows that our grievance system is failing miserably! I'm also enclosing an 8 page letter that I sent to Senator's Brandes and Pizzo, and they came here to UCI on August 2, and spoke with me. There's issues in there that still need to be addressed. And its up to you to make sure there handled properly and investigated. This Lt. Christian Carter, and the dead prostitute that was found in his FDOC rented hotel room, well it needs to be thoroughly investigated! This is clearly being covered up by the FDOC and local law enforcement. And my writing about it, has resulted in this D.R. and the suspension of my visits. And I'm not going away. If this Administration doesn't correct this, I'm going to the media. I'm going to continue to fight for change. I really need your help in getting a proper investigation for that woman's death, and getting my visits back. Because this is effecting my 74 year old mother.
