Dear Inspector General Kenneth Sumptor,

I'm coming to you in accordance with F.S. 944.31 Inspectors powers and duties. Please find enclosed a grievance on D.R. #33-210782. The warden allowed Charles S. Minta to respond to this appeal against him, which is in violation of 33-601.306(1)(c). To begin with either an inmate set me up, or one of these officers. So either an inmate was trying to use my laundry bag to smuggle cams out of here and over to the main laundry, or staff put them in there knowing they could use a minor D.R. to suspend my visits. And thats not an impossibility. Assistant Warden Knox hates me because of my blog and what I write about this Administration. Please see enclosed essay untitled Documented Retaliation. See also enclosed Ms. Knox August 21, 2019 email. This was unethical, she shouldn't have been allowed to do something that's so underhanded, as causing division between my family and I. And I'm calling for an investigation into this matter. Of what not only what Ms. Knox has done her in her email, but how they've rendered the grievance ineffective. I'd like you to also look at Formal Grievance #2107-213-058 which they say they responded to on July 16, and held for over a month. This was dealing with a 1st Amendment violation. Which I believe is what the retaliation D.R. Could have been behind. They had access to the Informal Grievance #213-2106-0302 and could have easily attached it. They threw the Informal away to keep from having to respond. They knew they had violated 33-F.A.C. and its governing laws by censoring that essay and trying to keep it quiet. They didn't want this story about the dead prostitute being found in an FDOC rented

hotel room. Lt. Christian Carter clearly has some major influence, to keep this story out of the media. So here you have two grievances they've rendered ineffective and really a third one when you look at Informal Grievance log #213-2107-0224. What we have here is this administration violation Federal and state law by rendering the grievances ineffective. And while their doing this their victimizing my mother with this unjust visitation suspension. I'm calling for an investigation into our failed grievance system.
