DENIED RECREATION
Well I was just informed due to being on a hunger strike l'm not entitled to fresh air and
sunshine. If its not one thing its another. I can't see the justification. Can't protect myself? No
because you've got inmates out their in wheelchairs and walkers. So you can't justify the denial
based on those facts. Plus you have 70 and 80 year old men that attend recreation. No this is
just another way to make me suffer in this solitary confinement cell. Really.... should I expect
any less from an administration who has harmed my 75 year old mother, denying her of
visitation to get back at me?! That's the lowest form of abuse that you can delve out to a mother
who wants to spend what little time she has left with her only child. And they used a rule
33-601.731(16) that was never used before to split up family ties. And their own records will
reflect that. So it shows that this was retaliatory. And if that's not proof that this administration
needs to be broken up, and a more compassionate and merciful administration put in
place....well then there is none. God we need change! And its only going to come when we
decide to speak up and speak out on what's taking place inside of America's prison system. So
please be the voice of reason for this and other unreasonable prison administration's. God bless
you.
