I So Be
*Line from: Remember by Christian Rossetti

When I mus' pass! what will they remember?
I leave you, heart and soul, true upon page;
I crawl in struggle, alone's sole member,
Seldom I am paired than lone here this age—
I go on—uphill as God giveth thou
I seek to rid wrongful incarcerate/
I on overweighing to run Life's light out.
I may die—I leave you so many creates
of words: volume upon volumes—who's he?—
and the blood I bleed to assist those better
And afterwards remember: "I so be!"
Not to compete—but, to leave thee letters.
A thought lost, is nothing gained—I capture
what I leave you to remember, pictures—
