To be able to email a CDCR inmate, go to:
1. gettingout.com
2. download the email app & then
3. enter the inmate's info i.e. Name: Michael M. Singh CDCR#: T-22165
which places you on the inmate's list of approved email people. You can either send an email or wait until the inmate sees your name & sends you an email. Talk 2 me! I will talk back.
