Laid out in the accompanying sworn to per the penalty of perjury statue is what myself, and the other prisoners similarly situated as a class have been forced to undergo. Three prisoners have died; about sixteen or more have been stabbed (set up by staff), etc. It is unconstitutional here. I am in great need of a transfer, and your advocacy. I have MO Dept. of Corrections to direct J.C.C.C. to do so.
