WHAT ARE WE THINKING
Here in Florida we have another man laying on his bunk, steps away from an execution chamber that has premeditatedly taken way too many lives under the false pretense of justice. And this man who's been counting down the last thirty days of his life now has three days left until they pull him out of that cell, strap him to a gurney, shove a needle in his arm, and murder him as a dozen witnesses sit quietly behind a glass partition, and observe this man, this human, lying there before them dying, being murdered, under this sick twisted idea of justice!
Where is the justice in this premeditated act of killing another human being!?
This in and of itself is the highest form of premeditated murder that there is. And because you are acting under the mantle of justice makes it right? No! No! No!
There's nothing remotely moral or ethical about this barbaric act of killing a human being while his fellow man sits and observes this horrific homicide! That ideology needs to pass away with these inhumane death chambers.
We, as humans, are here to evolve into more decent and respectful humans. And this disgusting act does not set well with the evolving standards of human decency. What are we thinking? Or maybe the better question is: are we thinking? Because it doesn't look like we are thinking.
So let us not turn a blind eye and deaf ear to this immoral act. Let's take a stand, and let it be known that enough is enough. You can make a difference. Be that difference maker. God bless you all.
