I am still being subjected to an intense institutional bias here at Jefferson City Correctional Center as a nonending means of retaliation for the lawsuit I filed against them the first time I was at this prison (i.e. Irving v. Dormire, 519 F3d441 8th Cir. 2008). Guards made death threats and took actions to carry death threats out.
Please note: the present assistant warden Raina martin was a defendant in this lawsuit and maliciously has previously tried to block me from being transferred to continue violating my US Constitutional rights and circumventing to try to have me assaulted/stabbed here.
On 3/20/23 at around 3:50 AM CO3 Lt. Davison; CO2 Sgt. Thompson and another Sgt. subjected me to a violent cell search, leaving my cell violently disheveled, stealing a bundle of my poetry writings, postage stamps, and destroying several photos of my family members. Then they had me punished with alternative meals illegally. I have been on suicide watch since 3/21/23 and just removed today due to the threats made on my life by CO3 Lt. Davison and CO2 Sgt. Nicole Ellzey.
I am posting this because: Your advocacy and help is needed still—please! I am in danger here, housed at Jefferson City Correctional Center and I need to be transferred immediately.
They have Dr. Smith falsifying papers against me to unethically take my medical bottom bunk and bottom walk lay-ins given to me by doctor at other prisons.

I'm so mentally anguished from being constantly unconstitutionally circumvented against—I don't want to write or post too much more poetry while I'm here! I have been held in Ad-Seg for one year, when I could have been transferred to another prison in Missouri and released to General Population with no problem.
