Revealing the truth behind we have ---
We have a lot of things in place in the state of Georgia. But is they doing their jobs with oppressing people that in poverty or not doing anything at all. The state of Georgia has a Bar association and Judicial Quality Commission. Anyone who does not physically has deal with the oppressor can say anything. But let me tell you the facts behind these two organization. They are oppressing the hell out of inmates. Inmates complaining about lawyer not representing them fairly and some has taken their money and not represented them fairly. Grievance are not being heard or acknowledged by the State Bar of Georgia. I know inmates has filed grievance 1, 2, 3, 4 etc years ago never heard anything. Some people lawyers has been charged with crimes that showed they was not credible state employees but these people still sit in prison under a unlaw sentence. Cause each person deserve a fair everything when it comes to court of law - especially according to our constitution. Judicial Qualification Commission does not correct Judges behavior. My budge was recused from touching anything deal with my case. It was suppose to go to the next Senior Chief Judge in that district. Instead me of the judge signed off on his on motion recusal. How can you sign off on your recusal. I filed a grievance. Judicial Quality Commission sweep that grievance under the rug. Many people are filing grievances against these judges and District Attornies nothing is being done other than sweeping it under the rug. People maybe sworn in under oath. But they are not taking these oath serious. Everybody is doing everything except acknowledging we have QC GA code and constitution. Instead they are oppressing the poor people with their own rules especially the African American in Georgia. We can't even get back in our local courts in our countys. The little towns like Bainbridge, Albany, Colquitt, Thomasville, Donelsonville - the judges deny everyone over motion saying we been giving enough time for our crimes. But then we see the whites go in get their sentences reduced on their past convinction remedies. A lot of times when the Blacks motion is denied their is no law or reason its just denied. Myself has been trying to get into court 26 years in Bainbridge to get my sentence reduced. First time ever being in trouble. So politician can say all day long what they have in place. But is the people doing their job fairly and not oppressing certain type of peopl
