Problematic Circumstances
That needs a resolution

Every inmate has a right to access courts and practice post conviction remedies. I have been fighting over 20 years in the Decatur County Superior Courts. Bainbridge GA. What is not going to continue to happen is the bullying through Judge Heather Lanier, Clerk of the Courts Post Office Box 336 Bainbridge, GA 3918. I have filed the motion for resentencing under procedural change in law. I have filed this motion a numerous of times. In this motion, it also includes asking for attorney. because the attorney has to go to the District attorney to try and get a lesser deal for the defendant. She has repeatedly denied my motion without a court hearing to speak up on my behalf. She has refused to even give me attorney. One of the denial of the motion she claim she read the records - my transcript and she came to the conclusion I got the right amount of time. Which is lies because I tried to get my transcript by paying for another copy. They do not have them by them not having a copy of the transcript they know if they let me come to court they will have to let me go. Instead they keep giving me a hassle. Just like now I have the same motion under 97-R-072 pending in the courts since July. This all my motion for my post-convictions due in this county. I am tired of the foolishness with Decatur County Superior Court - Judge Heather Lamer far as courts procedure and hearings they don't or shouldn't have the back log of cases like Fulton County in Atlanta, GA Decatur County (Bainbridge, GA) population 26,833. Any court hearing should be scheduled within 30 days of the motion according to law. If the population of a county is over 100,000 they have up to 90 days to schedule a hearing. Research your laws under U.C.G.A (Georgia). So the question Why haven't I been allowed to be appointed a lawyer and given a fair court hearing? If the transcript don't exist, why haven't I been dismissed from the Georgia Department of Correction under a immediate release? For the people who are against corruption within the criminal justice, I need your help for real.
