On 3/8/24 I had my first meeting about the illegal mail restriction I am on. It lasted approx. 20 minutes and the only thing brought up was how my profile on Betweenthebars.org looks like a pen-pal ad. Nothing else was spoken about concerning the restriction being removed. Psychology Elaine Young, social worker Rafael Cordero, RC2 Courtney Stern were present.

Then on 3/15/24 I had my second meeting about the illegal mail restriction. It lasted approx. 20 minutes and the only thing brought up was a supposed ad on prisonpenpals.com. Nothing else was spoken about concerning the restriction being removed. Psychologist Elaine Young and RC2 Courtney Stern were present.

Then on 3/18/15 I:
1.) Sent Danielle Tope the following letter:

"I write today after not receiving replies from Risk Management on the following objections/concerns:

2.) Got a reply from Dylan Fournier, Risk Management, that said:
"Risk Management has received and reviewed your correspondence dated March 5, 2024 regarding dorm inventories. Please be advised, according to staff documentation it appears that your dorm inventory was conducted appropriately."

Then on 3/20/24 I got a letter form Mark Cederbaum, Director of Bureau of Institutional Sex Offender Treatment, dated March 7, 2024 that said in part:
"I am writing in response to your objection to care + treatment dated February 24, 2024, which was originally forwarded to and received by the Division of Forensic Services (DFS) on February 27, 2024, citing grievances with Dr. Tope's response to your concerns regarding a separation in place between yourself and a peer and documentation, or lack thereof, related to this matter in your clinical record.

Your concerns have been thoroughly considered and investigated; after speaking to STARC staff and reviewing your record, evidence was found of documentation in your record, dated February 8, 2024, detailing your notification of the separation being put in place and concerns related to situation developing that may be unsafe. To ensure the safety of both you and others, a separation was put in place. Separations are clinical determinations based on all the information available to the treatment team. There is nothing in what we reviewed to suggest that this action was capricious or without reason.

We have received multiple appeals from you which reference the separation. This letters serves as a response to all such references to the separation contained in your appeals."

*I find it odd that my other appeals are not being replied to concerning other issues pertaining to the separation. What are they hiding besides the separation being a punishment against me due to another residents lies.

Then on 3/22/24 I had my third meeting on the mail restriction. It lasted approx. 20 minutes and nothing was accomplished concerning the restriction. Psychologist Elaine Young and RC2 Courtney Stern were present.

Then on 3/25/24 I sent:
1.) an appeal to Danielle Tope that said in part:
"Reply is insufficient as action requested was not answered and, if video/audio is reviewed, it will show all said in original complaint."
2.) two objections to Risk Management that said in part: [redacted]
a.) under "Description of Problem":
"My personal mail for some reason keeps coming through the package room. The package room staff doesn't understand why it is either."
under "Action Requested":
"1.) That I be told why this is happening in writing.
2.) That my mail not keep going through the package room.
3.) If none of this will be done I be told why in writing."

b.) under "Description of Problem":
"Recently staff (Vanessa Griffith) has been attempting to make me remove address labels (to + from) from mail, magazines, etc. that I receive. The policy only states stamps must be removed. Removal of these labels makes mail, magazines, etc. contraband per policy."

under "Action Requested":
"1.) That I be given the policy that states labels must be removed and not just stamps.
2.) That the staff member leave me + my mail alone.
3.) That I be told in writing why none of this will be done if it won't."

3.) Ken Paparella, the following:
"I write today to:
1.) find out why I have not seen you in reference to my March 5, 2024 letter to you.
2.) request that you please come see me about SCTA Noah Langston. His continuing harassment + targeting needs to stop. The last time we met I told you about him and you said you'd speak to him. I know multiple SCTA 2's have spoken to him about his behavior. He won't stop.

If you could please come see me about all this, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time + patience with this all."
