Double Down on the Unnecessary
How is it that i been locked up 27 years in the State of Georgia. But according to my criminal record, when a family member checked it. I had charges from 2004 and 2009 where I had been arrest in Mississippi and Fulton County (Georgia) two different states. Despite my body has been in Georgia State Prison since November 14, 1998. This is a conversation to have.
I never understood why the Parole board kept denying me on either or/one I have done enough time or the nature of my crime. Which will never change. However, due to new evidence I have discovered through my family member, could be in reality the problems as to why I am locked up still. Consequently the criminal record is saying I been locked up before.
When I have not. Records are very important. So having false information, can lead to the wrong decision surrounding my parole. Some people don't look at date. They are quick to look at a charge. Some people don't care to go into depths of any situation. Its too much like right.
Currently I am in the process of having and nationally background check. I cannot take no more surprises. The first surprise was my DOB and SSN was involved in fraud. Then my 4,800 stimulus check was deposited into someone bank account. Now my name is involved in other criminal arrest. When my only charge is murder. With this in mind, this making me look like a repeat offender. When I am not. Clearly another systematic failure for me as I come up for parole October 01, 2024.
As a result of total failure. For this reason I had to get copy of proof on Incarceration. So I can prove that I been in Georgia prison system since 1998.
