Thank you for your email and more information about yourself and DRSC - I commend you for your service and pray you can help me reach the court of public opinion to address my allegations of Racketeering within Florida's death penalty scheme - I want to send you a copy of a pro-se motion I wrote that clearly outlines the injustice I suffer due to the oppression and suppression of the evidence that vindicates me of any kind of murder by the attorney's appointed and mandated by Florida law to provide me with legal representation - which also includes the misconduct of the States attorney's and Judges due to their failure to protect the integrity of the law ! What i just described is the crime of obstruction of justice and since the appellate record shows over forty three years of the legal system being used and abused - as the evidence forms a pattern adding up to be a criminal enterprise known as Racketeering !!! With your help to post my pro-se motion that is part of the appellate record - my charges of Racketeering will become blatantly clear - because none of the players guilty of oppressing and suppressing the evidence that vindicates me can condone their action when publicly asked to - since the withheld exculpatory evidence clearly shows I was denied a fair and impartial trial calling for the conviction against me to be overturned !!! Their facade of justice has been allowed to go unchecked since they control my legal representation even above my many recorded objections - like the pro-se motions I hope you will be able post online for me as I seek to reach the court of public opinion !!!
