Today while watching dr. drew life changer I was at a loss for words at what I saw. The topic was, why do black men who gain success marry white women? On stage were 3 black men which one I won't even comment on because he was so disrespectful to one of the sistas - on stage that I won't even comment on his ignorance so I'll just move on. There was three black women on stage as well, I will address the overall question that kept coming up that no one could answer. Why is it an abundance of educated black women that are independent and very strong will, and why is there few educated black men to date or marry?
First as a black race we have to understand the miseducation of the negro race and I see the word negro lightly because there's no such word or thing as negro. The American dictionary definition of negro is = sometimes considered offensive member of a dark skin race, native to Africa; black person, I am not a negro and I was never one. To understand what I"m saying is to understand who you are, and what you are - which is black be proud of your race. As black women you have to understand that it is, and has always been a conspiracy against the black man. We have to take a trip back in Slavery when the master had a black slave he called a stud. This slave main job was to sleep with all the black women to get them pregnant because he was the most fit of all the black slaves. Once the master made enough babies he would then sell the babies off to other white slaveholder thus breaking the family apart. Also if a family was together in someone did something wrong as a form of punishment the slave master sold the kids, then the father to different white family thus breaking the home up. You also have to understand the process of the Wille Lynch letter it puts lightskin negro against the dark skin negro thus leaving us with the skin complex. I would ask you as we go on with this essay to forget everything you was taught here in America because it's mostly a lie or a watered down part of our history.
I'm just gone answer the basic question at hand and this is only my opinion why successful black men marry white women. One fact is that a sista is not going to let me get away with messing with some of her friends in stay with me, next ain't know five in the morning coming home smelling like soap or perfume. Basically there's a lot of things a brotha can do to a white woman and get away with it, that a black woman would cut you for. It can also be that unconsciously that once a black man gain success he gets a white woman to feel accepted by the majority of his white peers. It can also be that unconsciously it's like the forbidden fruit someone tells you, you can't have something in you get it just because someone said you can't have it, this is just my opinion!
To complete this essay we as the black race have to pull back all the old scabs and relearn our correct history therefore we won't have the inferiority complex that hunts us today. Sistas if you really sit back and look at this world without the race color glass you will see the ugly truth for what it is, that we as a race are taking a major step back in time. You as a black woman should be asking the same question that we are asking, why is there only a high police presence in all black communities? Why after the 1970s there was a black prison population of 140,000 and now 2012 there are 7 million black men that are in prison across the United States? Why are blacks given more time on drug charges than their white peers? Why are states like Wisconsin putting in place things like act 86 where if you have a felony a company doesn't have to hire you, this leaving the black male to re-offend this is one of the reasons why there is a high rate of recidivism in the black community.
One thing you have to know is that the life span of the anglo-Saxon (caucasian) is coming to a slow demise it's a study that said by 2030 the anglo-Saxon will be the minority here in America. You see that's why the older lawmakers are putting a lot of these laws in place now, they're planning ahead something we haven't done. You have to understand that the Anglo-Saxon has always been a thinker just look at how long they've oppressed the black race. I meant mentally oppress the black race. My point is we have to reeducate ourselves about black history not the distorted version that our oppressors have taught us. If you look at the patterns set in slavery they still persist today, as we still listen to the information and influences established by the former slave master. The man who set my mind free Dr. N'aim Akbar said quote: The information and the voice of our own historical and cultural experience was silenced - by the slavemasters. If we could have heard the voice of our own history, our own religion, our own culture, then we could have remained free. The problem that faces us in the second century after political emancipation is the need for psychological emancipation. We have not regained our freedom because we have not learned to listen to the inner voice of ourselves! Hey I could've said it any better myself.
Before I go any further make no mistake all white people are not bad but this is something we need to do together as a race, and weed out the Anglo-Blackperson because there are a lot of them out there. These are the people that would destroy us from the inside out from the beginning of time we have always had traitors that pick us apart from the inside, this is something we need to do, to preserve our race. Sista - the black man is taking hits from all sides on one hand you want a strong black man with a good education and job not saying they're not out there, but that's the minority of black men the 20 percent. On the other hand you have the 80% that are in prison or they already have records now this 80% are not all bad some of the smartest black men are behind bars I myself am included in the 80%. Sistas I'm not saying anything is wrong with waiting for the 20% of black men! Is it fair to say that for every black man of the 20% it's 7 women for every educated black man? Would it be fair to say that you educated black women might be a little timid about the stigma that comes with a black man from prison?
I can't say that you won't get a knucklehead that came to prison in didn't educate himself that's always a possibility, but on the other hand you may catch one like myself that can talk about things like politics, religion, economics or I know that some time you have to meet a woman emotionally. I'm just saying sistas you may be limiting yourself in finding a strong black man. I also know that you all say that some man can't accept that fact that his woman is making more than him, for me that's stupidity. I am a strong black man that has made mistakes but I am secure in my manhood to be in a relationship like that because that would never stop me from being a man. Black women have to understand that they are the glue that binds our community together as a race. Don't be scared to pick from below your standard because there are good black men out in the world that are of the 80%. The stigma and the illusion that a man from prison is stupid or may reoffend may hold some truth but the fact remains that a black woman has a better chance to for fill her education and get a good job is way higher than a black man. Me myself I love my sistas to death I wouldn't give them up for nothing, but you do have some black man who only date white women I can't answer that because I"m not one of them. All I can say sistas I hope I can find an educated black woman to marry and have a family with of my own all I'm asking sistas is don't cross the 80% out of your life don't close the door on happiness because of what you heard!
