Do you really value your time?

Dear outside world,

Do you really value your time? After spending the last ten (10) years of my life in desolution and isolation in a windowless cell, I've come to the realization that there is no commodity more precious than time. With time you can do everything; without time, you can do absolutely nothing.

As long as time lasts, day will follow day. The yesterdays with what was written on their pages are gone forever, beyond all recall. But tomorrows come inevitably and each one presents a new, white page.

Love lost is never found, but a new love will come along and blossom inside of you. Money once spent can never be spent again, but the wisdom gained from its wrong or right use can help to guide the spending of other income. The effects of wrong choice may rise to harass and plague, but almost every moment is a time for new choices. Every day, every moment, offers new opportunity. Lose no moment of the present in vain regret over what cannot be changed. Time present is the only time that can be redeemed.

People of the free world, please value your time with your family, children, loved ones, friends, and with yourself. Because once time is lost, it is gone forever. All I have is time! I'm strong but human.

Peace,
Christopher Trotter
