I NEED HELP

Each day is a struggle of trying to maintain what sanity I have left - For nearly 30 years I have been living a nightmare - with depression being a constant companion. Right now my death warrant can be signed at any time - This blog is a bright spot for me, as it helps me channel my energy constructively and that is important - since I am an angry man- my case is a classic study of a farce and mockery of the criminal justice system. I am not happy about that, but I am thankful to now have a voice that is being heard. As I seek to obtain collective support though inviting each of you reading this to become a member on my court of public opinion with your collective support. I know I will be vindicated. So I have to remain focused on the best way, you as individuals coming together collectively can help me. First it is important we are all on the same page in understanding basic criminal law. In the prosecution of a criminal case, the accused/defendant is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Which means the prosecuting attorneys have the burden of producing evidence of guilt to overcome the defendant's presumption of innocence. The prosecuting attorney's duty is not to obtain a conviction, but rather to insure the integrity of the law is not violated through the conviction of an innocent person. Even with this safeguard in place, an innocent person is sometimes found guilty. Which is why there are added safeguards to insure the integrity of the law. These added safeguards are what is known as the appellate process. The appellate process is not for determining guilt or innocence, but rather to determine whether there was a fair and impartial trial. In my case all the safeguards were violated, and that is why my appeals are now being directed to this court of public opinion. You are my court of last appeal, and I am appealing to each individual reading these words to come together in a collective body to help correct the miscarriage of justice I suffer. Which amazingly can be achieved quite simply by confronting the five trial level attorneys in my case with the favorable evidence that was withheld from them. When this is done, each of these attorneys will have to admit I did not receive a fair and impartial trial. The fact that the appellate process was repeatedly manipulated to prevent me from confronting these attorneys and that I been forced to appeal to this court of public opinion for help to bring these attorneys forward should shock the moral conscience of each of you. Since the integrity of the law cannot be satisfied until these attorneys are brought forward. Please HELP ME to compel these attorneys to come forward to end the nightmare of the miscarriage of justice I suffer. Write to me to voice your support.

Thank you
