PLACE THE ENTIRE APPELLATE RECORD UNDER SCRUTINY

If you only read the appellate court decisions that were made in my case. It will appear there is no evidence to support the fact of my innocence, and not receiving a fair and impartial trial. If you look deeper into the appellate record, you will discover that I was repeatedly forced to personally file petitions of protest to the appellate courts. Stating the appeals being filed before them by the attorney in my name, were fraudulent in the representation of the facts. Since they were not representative of the facts I wanted raised before the court on appeal. It is at this point the evidence of racketeering by a faction within Florida's legal community, begins to reveal itself. The only way the fraudulent filing of appeals in my name could succeed. Would be through collusion with the states attorneys, agreeing to the abuse of two loopholes in the law. These two loopholes basically state: that as a death row inmate, I do not have a right to represent myself on appeal, and nor am I entitled to effective representation of counsel. The states attorneys on the appellate record, received copies of all the petitions I personally filed protesting the fraudulent appeals being filed in my name. Their failure to intervene and stop the criminal activity in the filing of fraudulent appeals in my name, in an indictment against them for racketeering. As they silently joined in the crime of obstructing justice. Just because there are loopholes in the law, does not mean abusing them will go unpunished. The evidence of racketeering by a faction operating within Florida's legal community is found in the appellate record of my case. I did not create this scandal. I am a victim of those who did! Please help put the appellate record of my case under the scrutiny it deserves, and help me bring an end to the miscarriage of justice I suffer. Thank you, for reading my blog.
