"No Constitutional Protection"
Without an attorney, the United States Constitution doesn't mean a thing. Without an attorney to uphold these rights, the constitution is a useless sheet of paper, with a lot of pretty words, that means absolutely nothing! And that's how Warden Barry V. Reddish and his criminal administration has been able to continuously violate state and federal laws, assaulting me, placing me in strip cells, falsifying state documents, stealing personal, privileged and legal mail, destroying my legal file and committing the other "criminal acts", that they've committed over the past 16 months.
I have no constitutional rights, for I have no counsel to enforce the constitution, so I am a sitting duck... to the abuse, constitutional violations, and other acts of crime, directed against me, for I have no constitutional protection.
Yes, Mr. Reddish and his "criminal administration" stands above and beyond the laws of Florida, and the federal government because the lack of a constitutional protector.
I desperately need an attorney, for without an attorney, the only thing that I can look forward to, is being the victim, to the criminal acts, of this administration. For I have no doubt that I am going to face many more criminal acts of reprisal.
If anyone out there hears me, I need help. And any help I can get, I'd be very appreciative of. For I need some constitutional protection. Thank you for your time.
