"MY PLEAD FOR HELP"

I'm in need of your assistance. If you've been following my blog, then you know what's been going on over the past 16 months. Well, I'm currently posting my letters to the people in authority. And what I need is for you to download the letters and send them by snail mail or e-mail to the individuals the letters are addressed to. I don't have the e-mail addresses, but the address for each person is at the top left hand corner. These letters will have a greater impact, if you are mailing them in from the free world, and they are coming in from other countries. I'm pleading for your help with this. You don't have to get involved, or put your return address, just place my address in the top left hand corner of the envelope. But I'm pleading with you for your assistance. If you're a Christian, then I plead with you in the name of your savior "JESUS CHRIST" to please assist me in getting a handle on this criminal unlawful activity going on here at UCI. Dear Inspector General (IG)

I'm "extremely unhappy" with the Inspector General (IG) office and your institutional inspectors. For you seem to be "COMPLICIT" with the illegal activity taking place here at Union Correctional Institution (UCI), where Warden Barry V. Reddish and his administration, is nothing more than a bunch of "CRIMINALS" posing as correctional staff.

For 16 months now, I've been reprised against by Warden Reddish, where he has violated federal and state laws, by falsifying eight Disciplinary Reports (DR), WHICH IS UNLAWFUL, FALSIFYING STATE DOCUMENTS. He's placed me in strip cells on three different occasions "UNLAWFULLY". HE'S HAD HIS STAFF ASSAULT ME TWICE, which is an "UNLAWFUL ACT OF ASSAULT AND BATTERY". And during the May 27, 2012 assault they said "Blog about this", before beating on me. Well, I am blogging about it. And this letter is being post on my blog at:

And all other complaints are going to be posted on there as well. I'm not going to have this IG's office turning a blind eye and deaf ear to this criminal activity, of one Warden Barry V. Reddish, a man who lacks principles and scruples, and believes that he stands above and beyond the law. Because that's what his mentor, former FSP Warden, former secretary, current inmate James V. Crosby Jr instilled into Mr. Reddish and you can see it in case law Valdez v. Crosby 450 F.3d 1231 at 1237-1246 (11th Cir 2006). This is where Barry V. Reddish picked up his criminal ways and his unethical conduct. James Crosby is the man that taught Reddish to be the low life criminal thug that he is become. Where he's abusing us inmates under his care, custody and control. THIS MAN IS PLACING INMATES IN STRIP CELLS IN 20 DEGREE TEMPERATURES. He did it last year and this year. This is a serious human rights violation. This man Barry V. Reddish is one sick twisted sadistic individual who hates prisoners, especially death row inmates. And he has no business being in the position he's in, for Warden Barry V. Reddish is a criminal who is victimizing convicts. And the institutional inspectors are "complicit", with this criminal activity of Warden Reddish and his colonel, who stated to a death row inmate, "Y'all have had it easy too long, let's see how many of you stick around while it's not so easy", or something to that effect.

Last year Nov. or Dex. 2011 they pushed death row inmate Willie Davis into committing suicide, because they were going to place him in a strip cell. Reddish in 2002 as head classification officer, head of the ICT (Institutional Classification Team) and in control of Q-Wing also known as X-Wing pushed a man into suicide. It's not beneath Reddish to push an inmate into killing his self, 'cause the man is evil!

This man has kept me on Disciplinary Confinement (DC) for 210 days last year, and 150 so far this year for writing about the fact that Reddish's own staff was going around here, telling us inmates that Reddish was caught driving under the influence of alcohol, on "NUMEROUS OCCASIONS" by Union County sheriff's officers and got them swept under the rug because of who he is. True or not is irrelevant. Just shows that staff doesn't have any respect for him. But I wouldn't be surprised if he was out there behind the wheel drunk endangering the lives of the public. Because he's shown that he believes that he stands above and beyond the law with his criminal conduct, inside these prison walls. The man has no moral scruples about him. Warden Barry V. Reddish in every sense of the word is a "CRIMINAL".

I'm tired of being victimized by this man and his criminal administration. You've had reports on my behalf through Grievances, the Attorney General's Office and citizens, and yet for 16 months Reddish has continued to victimize me. Now Judge Thomas E. Morris has sent you two orders here in Sept 2012, about these crimes taking place against me. I'm hoping you will stop this complicity and end Warden Reddish's unlawful acts against me.
