Chief Inspector General Case# 201209130019
Tuesday September 18, 2012

Dear Heather Robinson, Investigations Manager
Office of the Chief Inspector General

I just received your Sept 14, 2012 correspondence and I was delighted that someone above the FDOC has taken an interest in what's been taking place here. I will gladly submit to a voice stress analysis or polygraph exam to support the assaults, falsified state documents, the smuggling of weapons into death row housing and the other unlawful, criminal acts committed by Warden Barry V. Reddish and his administration.

You can go on my blogs and view a sworn notarized affidavit at:

or

This criminal administration has been victimizing me for 16 months now. Time and time again I've reported these unlawful criminal acts to the Inspector General who turned a blind eye, and was complicit with this criminal activity. You can see affidavits, letters, blogs etc on my blog site where I've pleaded with everyone from the courts on down to take action against the criminal correctional staff we have here at UCI. So I'm hoping and praying that your office will force the Inspector General to take legal action against these criminals, who are working for the FDOC committing crimes.

Warden Barry V. Reddish has his staff retaliating against me, falsifying state documents, DRs, in order to keep me under these harsher conditions of DC. I'm due to get off DC on Wednesday October 3, but I've been expecting another lying falsified reprisal DR any day now. They've suspended my visits, have me on heightened security all because I blogged about this warden. Now that this office has forced the IG to investigate and report back, and Judge Thomas E. Morris has sent two of my motions and partially granted orders to the IG, I'm hoping to be released without further reprisal. I hope you will keep an eye on this situation.

Thank you very much for your time and hopefully your help in bringing this unlawful criminal activity to a halt.

Respectfully
Ronald W. Clark Jr.
