Dear Assistant Warden Jeffcoat

I tried to talk to you a few minutes ago as you were making your rounds. I said, "How about helping me out?" You said, "You got to help yourself", and ran off like I had the plague.

Here's my problem, you are a law enforcement officer whose duty is to uphold the laws of the state of Florida and the United States of America, within these prison walls. Yet criminal acts are being committed by correctional officers who are victimizing me and other inmates inside of this institution. And you're turning a blind eye and deaf ear to these criminal violations of falsifying state documents, assaults and other acts that are outside the guidelines of state and federal law. By ignoring these acts you are becoming complicit with these criminals, who are posing as correctional officers. Because in all rights they are CRIMINALS! These are not merely criminal acts, these are also human rights violations.

I've fought this administration for 16 months, not once did I violate the rules, and/or laws doing it. Unlike staff who falsified state documents, assaulted me, threw away mail, destroyed property and violated my constitutional rights and human rights under the international human rights standard, by placing me in strip cells based on criminals' (staff) statements. And they are criminals. I'll take a polygraph to show officers are falsifying state documents, DRs, committing assaults against myself and others. Your staff won't take polygraphs because they're criminals engaged in criminal activity.

The fact that you refused to help me, stopping these criminal correctional officers from committing crimes against me, making me their victim, highly disappoints me. You are a law enforcement officer, and you should not be complicit with the criminal activity taking place behind these walls.

I'm pleading for your help to stop criminal staff members from further violating the laws of this state and from further victimizing me with their unlawful activity.

I thank you for your time and hopefully your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely
Ronald W. Clark Jr
