Sergeant Orique interviewed me for an appeal I filed because our prison's medical hospital is dirty here at Corcoran, California (SATF). Instead of acting in a professional manner - he threatened me to cancel my appeal. I told him no, I want to see the hospital cleaned. He then mentioned my prison number - because of the 24 years of incarceration, I should know not to file appeals. He turned his attention away from the issues of the appeal. Stating you're worried about the dirty floor when you're a piece of dirt raping a woman. A filthy nasty rapist - he continued with my prison case as if his mannerism was going to scare me in dismissing my appeal. I held my demeanor and tried to keep his focus on the appeal issue. He finally said if you want it clean, why don't you clean it - I told him it's his job to issue that the hospital was clean.

Learn more about the 3 Strikes and what you can do to change it to what it was originally designed for.
