Dear Ms. Southerland,

Greetings. I'm writing concerning my Disciplinary Confinement (DC) status, the fact that I'm being held in cell P-4102 an isolation/deprivation cell without cold water which is against the rules.

I'm due to get off D.C. Wednesday October 3, 2012. Yet I'm being told that they're going to keep me in this cell. The only reason they put me in this cell, is because I did a hunger strike, because our warden Barry V.[?] Reddish is a criminal, who violated my constitutional rights and committed unlawful acts with his bad behavior and unethical conduct!

There is not reason for me to be held in this cell, and further deny me of my property once I have done me D.C. time. Which by the way, was given to me unlawfully by these low life criminals posing as correctional offcers who falsified state documents.

I'm therefore calling to be removed from this cell P-4102 on Wednesday Oct. 3, and for my property and privileges to be returned. And for all criminal conduct to be brought to a halt.

Thank you for your time and hopefully your help.

Sincerely, Ronald W. Clark Jr.
