Food Trucks
I been reading A LOT about the growing popularity of "food trucks". It seems like such a great business opportunity and it puts one in a position to constantly meet new people and have various experiences.
I enjoy cooking a lot and I'm SERIOUSLY entertaining the idea of getting, renting, leasing a food truck and getting into the business myself.
I'm looking for any and all information out there on the food truck business. I'm sure there's some types of licensing, permits, health codes, etc and I just wanna be on top of all that.
If you know someone or you're involved in the food truck business, I'd love to hear your stories and advice.
