The rules are otherwise fairly simple. I can't advertize for penpals, but I'm allowed to write to penpals. That's the way the rules are structured here in Florida. When anyone writes, I always respond-its rude not to.
I'm not sure all my comments are being posted, replies that is. I hope so, I try to reply to everyone's comments, whether I agree or not. Just wanted to fill Jessica and others in who have inquired about corresponding with me.
