ALREADY under Federal Receivership, California Dept of Corrections and Rehabilitation is waging a cost saving maneuver against its infirm and disabled population, further violating their civil and human rights that even though incarcerated are, what's the word? Inalienable? Many inmates in their uneducated use of the appeals process continue to suffer at the hands of their KEEPERS - upon reception at a transfered to facility, Drs are routinely removing prior existing medications, appliances, limitation eronos, even removing long standing ADA patients of their medical status. I'll rant no more, inmates have DIED.
Many are suffering needlessly. I have been transfered again, I present to the interested a case I am doomed to lose because I have attempted to bring it myself, I have no aid or computer access. REMEMBER the two monkeys with bars on the AAMCO Transmission commercial, that's me. The aforementioned doctors are acting contrary to law.
