To commence: Matron Fayjon, I've had an opportunity to observe your interaction with the other wards, and, I've taken mental note of my personal dealings.

I have yet to be a bad arbiter of character, so, with my stellar rep. on line, I go forth to say that I genuinely believe that you do care about the safety and well being of the human lives in here. I see the compassion, to the limits this milieu allows, in how you "motheringly" deal with explosive dilemmas that anyone else will agitate into a nano-Hiroshima. I must state, for a matron, you have style.

However, platitudes aside, by far you are the most educated and logical thinker on the field, and mentation comes natural to you. So I know that you can relate and fully understand that human dignity and integrity of the conscience requires compromises when it comes to the governing of one human being over another. As a man and as a woman, we both must respect each other in that, both theoretically, and by custom, my sense of self will fetter no other way. For it is a theorem of high fidelity to me.

I believe in bringing resolutions to problems and not being the evolution of them. I sincerely desire, and will, by God's grace and unseen hand, better myself and my surroundings. As a tree in the desert may survive alone, but all the aesthetics and pulchritudes that goes into being a tree will not be present without the ambiance of others working for the same humanity goals of justice and a peaceful felicity.

I would like to explore, and indeed, discover ways you can be of assistance in this regard.
