Hey EJ! I've been laggin' a little on my "comment response" but "here I is!" That Reply ID was "e6j9". The phones have been down here lately. Global Telink sux! For some reason they can't figure out how to keep the lines open and gouge everyone at the same time! They run for an hour or so then crash again. I've had my head in a mess lately due to this writ I'm filing. I am expecting it along with the 12 copies I have to include any day now. I sent it out to get copies. It's so hard to get copies made here that it's easier to just send it out. I'm REALLY feeling like this is going to put me out - finally. And I am not even waiting for that Doe v. Harris to pass. I'm using some other cases that have got people released. They are all exactly like mine: plea bargains, before 1994, where the hated state did not tell me that I may have those plea bargains used at a later date to take my life. I'm going to file the day I get my copies. Maybe TODAY! We'll see. Anyway... just wanted to say hi and all that. Talk to you soon.
