Truly is a trip hearing from the past. Always, honestly it is a blessing to realize I am remembered. Sometimes after all these years in prison, my memories of freedom seem unreal, so it's very nice when someone taps me on the shoulder and says Nah, bra, it was real life. Crazy, I know, but nothing about doing life in prison is not. There are no guide books on this, just have to hold close what you know to be solid and true and struggle along.
Anyway - I wrote to let you know that I received the comments you left. Thank you. Really sweet of you to wave at me for Dave. He is a solid brother. Let him know I send my regards.
As you can see there is a huge delay on these comments, so if you care to or if Dave wants, write me directly. I'd love to hear from either of you.
If nothing else prison is lonely and boring, having people on the outside helps more than words have power to explain.
Be easy.
