ENTHUSIASM
The word enthusiasm originates from the two words, "enthios" and "iasm", which translates to "the God within." When you're enthusiastic about what you're doing, you will raise the energy level of everyone in your immediate environment.
Secondly, motivation is also something that must come from within. It's a fallacy to believe that anyone motivates anyone else. Be an example of a motivated person, and know that all of your students will benefit from that energy.
