Support for Amanda Knox

From the moment I first heard about this case I was intrigued by it. Amanda was attractive + seemed shocked by the situation she found herself in. Photos showed her clinging to her lover, + SOMEHOW the Perugian prosecutor found that as evidence of her guilt! I thought it was absurd + still do.

Amanda's been over-analyzed enough. I was glad to see one news show analyze the Perugian authorities, yet didn't feel that analysis went deep enough. Clearly those authorities were paranoid, fanatically religious + suspicious if not hateful towards an attractive woman. The theory that was pushed by the prosecutor smelled of the same insanity that led to too intelligent, too independent, and too BEAUTIFUL women being tortured + burned for being witches. That looney f'er claimed it was some sort of Satanic ritual sacrifice.

What's crazy is the Perugian authorities REALLY believed that theory! What's crazier is that they were allowed to spout that prejudicial propaganda to a staunchly Catholic jury that'd been raised to fear that things like that really happen.

Reality is that to believe in Satan you MUST believe in God. And if you believe in God you must believe that Satan is... burnt up. To worship Satan requires a degree of insanity or stupidity that Amanda didn't at all exhibit. The kind of weirdos who WORSHIP Satan tend to stick out of any crowd, which may be their main motivation.

No doubt that Meredith Kercher's murder involved sexual sadism, which we'd expect to find in a Satan worshipper. It was degrading + destructive of a human, which is Satan's supposed mission. But such sexual sadistry doesn't spontaneously erupt; the killer would have a history, a trail of dead animals, sexual assaults, etc. Amanda had no such trail + the Perugian authorities + the media damn sure would have exposed it if she had.

Two beautiful young women were victimized by a killer + a killer idea in Perugia. I hope the world slaps the Perugians outta their madness + that Amanda is not further victimized by the absurd projections of brainwashed Italians, who are doing Satan's work for him.
