I really dug that movie, Cast Away, which I saw when I was back in the stupormax. Along with Jodi Foster, Helen Hunt, who was the women who kept Tom Hanks's character going through most of the movie, is one of my favorite actresses. Both Jodi & Helen have reddish hair, pale skin, & strong, intelligent personalities, with passion. I find that very attractive/admirable... who knows why?
I'm halfway done with my collection of autobiographical essays & art with essays, which I intend to title Pieces of Nate. & will be on www.PrisonFoundation.org, until hopefully, it's published as a regular book. You're invited to read it. And please tell others about it.

Someday I'll be able to write you back =) f.y.i., I've read some Russian/Eastern European authors (An Honest Thief, art of Crime & Punishment, all of Dr. Zhivago, & Nabokov's son's translation of a massive collection of Vlad's short stories, with details on Vlad's life) & an excellent biography about the last tzar, Rasputin, etc. (wow, wild as hell!) by John Toland. I would enjoy chatting with you about your homeland & culture. I wish you well & welcome over here. =)
Katemonster. Just got your comment re: Amanda Knox. I could've wrote that more eloquently, but got the point across I see. Same goes for her then lover. Dude was never shown to have the kind've history a sexual sadist would have & the killer was obviously a sexual sadist. The Italian courts let anything be presented to the jury too! Gotta wonder how f-ing boring it is in Perugian bedrooms, huh? She wasn't even shown to be a nympho nor a swinger, just not overly cold sexually.
Bad news for those of you who probably like the "Jail-Bird Watching" post. A falcon stooped & smoked the female pidgeon. Her carcass is, no kidding, on top of the chapel's annex & sparrows've been eating at it. I didn't see it happen, but an old female guard did & bawled her eyes out. Sorry for the sad ending, "bad romance."
