Change Is Inevitable, Embrace It! July8, 2013
The Boy Scout motto is, "Be Prepared." Simple terminology that has big meaning. Every now and again there is an area in out lives where God is telling us it's time to move, but fear of the unknown shrinks you back. Always strive to progress forward. Familiarity will keep you stuck in a rut; stagnant with no desire to grow. Change is just evidence of growth. What worked yesterday can be tomorrow's recipe for failure. We can't become who God destined us to be, if we insist on staying the same. Only fools and dead men don't change... Fools won't and dead men can't. Change isn't the enemy to a person who see's themselves as a lifelong learner looking for ways to grow and improve. Change then becomes your friend because you begin to evolve, daily. Learn from the people you meet, pursue new ideas, strategies, and ways to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Our bodies change no matter how much we exercise... Our homes change as our needs ebb and flow. Our places of employment change as the winds of economic forces blow and new employment pull us away... While many changes become enjoyable new seasons... sometimes there painful. But no matter what seasonal change we experience, we can always find comfort in Malachi 3:6, "For I am the Lord, I change not;...."

Hey! I read your post about change. I have no idea who you are. But man, I really needed to read something like this. I am in a stage where I need to prepare myself for change. get a new job!
Be prepared! yes! Your letter was AMAZING. :)
God bless :) Please keep writing. You are really helping and changing the world.

I also read your bio/profile.
I LOVED this: "We may rest assured that nothing ever happens on Earth without God's permission. What a source of consolation to know that even the sufferings and adversities which God sends us are or our very best, designed to mold us into the person He wants us too be." =^.^=
I am sending it to my mom, and sharing it. I also want to put it on my desk to see everyday. Life can be tough sometimes. It is so important to remember that god has control of this world :)
check out napoleon hill if you can.
“I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.”
― Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich

Here are more quotes from napoleon hill:
It is your responsibility to make sure that positive emotions constitute the dominating influence of your mind.”
― Napoleon Hill
“Anything you do to and for another person, you do it to and for yourself”
― Napoleon Hill,
“Remember, the thoughts that you think and the statements you make regarding yourself determine your mental attitude. If you have a worthwhile objective, find the one reason why you can achieve it rather than hundreds of reasons why you can't”
― Napoleon Hill
“Remember, too, that all who succeed in life get off to a bad start, and pass through many heartbreaking struggles before they "arrive". The turning point in the lives of those who succeed usually comes at some moment of crisis, through which they are introduced to their "other selves".”
― Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich

have a great one. please keep writing!

"No Great victories were ever won without great trials"
Loved it again! Thank you Rechell. :D

This was probably the best "reply comment" I have ever received.

How have you been? My mom started using some of your quotes. She literally told me they were the best "thoughts" she had ever read :)

Life has been better. I think I am learning how to keep my mind positive. How do you keep positive?

btw sorry for this late reply. I am fighting really hard at this period of time. I hope that's ok. I will probably not be able to write in a while again. I need to focus, and fight for sucess!
But you're right no victory ever came to someone without great trials:

"There is no better than adversity. Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance the next time."
-Malcolm X

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.
-Napoleon Hill

I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.
-Tony Robbins

You are capable of more than you know. Choose a goal that seems right for you and strive to be the best, however hard the path. Aim high. Behave honorably. Prepare to be alone at times, and to endure failure. Persist! The world needs all you can give.
-E. O. Wilson
All the adversity I've had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me... You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.
-Walt Disney
