On May 23, 2013 inmate Burnett, Neil W34381 authored a letter to the Commissioner's office in which he makes threats to other inmates or staff.
On July 11, 2013 a letter addressed to the Commissioner's office from inmate BURNETT was received for review by IPS. In the letter BURNETT writes, "I know if I stay in this prison facility with the mind frame that I am in, I might do something I will later on regret doing, as assaulting a staff or an inmate".
