1) Yes, I'm in solitary now, and have been for 5 yrs.

3) Yes, I can get out. It takes 9 months, infraction free, level 4 status, but to get to level 4 (we all start at level 2) we must be reviewed by all staff who get to write comments on the review board. One bad comment and you don't get promoted.
START: level 2
30 days infraction free. Put in for level 3 review. 60 day later put in for level 4 review.
