Words are lost to explain what it feels like to be civilly killed, murdered by corrupt, racist government officials. As we read about it at least a half of a dozen times a year, individual, political prisoners released, DNA cleared or otherwise after decades of civil death.

The anger, hatred and sheer frustration is the supremacist arrogance of the prosecutor and judges in refusing to openly, patiently and fairly reviewing a prisoner's claim of "actual innocent." Most claims aren't usually that complex and convoluted. The reality is prosecutors are trained, godless, cold-blooded killers - who believes they are doing the Lord's work. Our innate nature is that of error of making mistakes. Unfortunately, most prosecutors who either lie, cheat or genuinely make mistakes in this life and death situation refuse to consider they may have made an error.

This isn't rocket science - the facts are simple.
1) on 7-15-01 the illegal, the prosecutor chief (?) witness reported to 911 Riverside, California Sheriff's Department Dispatcher a disturbance, homicidal threats heard, no weapons seen

2) On 6-26-03 the day of the trial, the illegal testified that "but the things that I have always said is that I saw the gun to her head."

3) The illegal in self-impeachment/that her husband in bed, in the same room with her,

"He would tell me to go to sleep, that -- that they were just arguing." (Rt - 176:4-5)

4) 911 Riverside County Sheriff's Dispatcher testified

"She (the alien) did not have visual." (RT - 302:20)
"The person I spoke to did not see any weapons." (RT-306:7-8)

5) The prosecutor who was a male is now a female

6) The prosecutor during his closing arguments stated

"She (the alien) told the truth, was pretty clear that she was telling the truth from the stand." (RT 307: 22-23)
"Why would she (the alien) be lying? She wouldn't be." (RT 318: 24)

-Beside the prosecutor's (?), (?) being misconduct, and being a lie since we all know that the prosecutor was lying - since he/she wasn't there at the scene of his chief percipient witness allegations. Moreover,

Accessory to Perjury
Since the legal illegal lied and committed perjury, the prosecutors lie became accessory to perjury.

have a copy of the 911 tape with the alien's voice stating when questioned she saw no weapons - the racist/corrupt trial judge refused to allow the jury to hear - to excuse the lying dog prosecutor - and I have copies of the 911 transcript.

I was convicted of assault with a firearm, criminal threats upon drafted named-victim J Rodgers. J. Rodgers at the time of the aliens allegation told Deputy Sheriff B(?) she had not been assaulted or threatened with a firearm - six weeks later at the motion to suppress she testified to the same fact. Two years later at trial, Deputy B(?) testified on J.R's Behalf that: I had not assaulted her nor threatened her with a firearm (RT - 211: 19-28) B also testified that he wasn't told of any weapons seen, present (RT - 224: 27-28, 225: 1-2) and J.R had not been threatened or assaulted by me (RT 225: 28, 224: 1-2)

The prosecutor confessed to the court before trial out of the presence of the jury that

"She (JR) denied there was any kind of violence done to her by Mr Rodgers." (RT - 119: 8-9) DDA K(?) told the court he couldn't find his witness husband Sanchez - with 3 (?) children, owns a home, a material witness who had made exculpatory statements but he wasn't gonna call him anyway as a witness (RT - 66: 17-27) see also (RT-58: 17-27, 63:22-24, 64:4-6, 71:14-27, 72:26-27)

Brady Violation

The problem here (?) is that the racist prosecutor failed to tell the jury the whole truth.
1) The victim had testified prior to trial that she wasn't the victim
2) The alien had stated at first she saw no weapons

MADDOG COWARDS
The only way the KKK-SS-DDA (?) can win such an innocent blackman is to commit perjury.
