[Cowboy boot decorated with Christmas holly and filled with presents. Merry Christmas Y'all!]

I wish to bid you a merry, merry Christmas and a fruitful 2014.

However, I would be amiss if I did thank you deeply for you have done for me this year, 2015. The many new friends I met Evla if for but a few lines. To Appleshop asking me to Join 99 others. How humbled I felt when I read that invitation.

BTB gave me courage to say what was on my heart and to accept what's on others, no matter the differences. Also it has allowed me to celebrate with y'all my love of the 12 Step Program. I work daily, share in our anniversary (67 years). Go Pathfinders. But it has allowed me to speak on the injustices brought against my community, the LGBT and the prison community, where there used to be a time I'd--

It was me. Well, no more.

I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could have seen my face when I was reading a reply one night from Kay. It was so uplifting to hear those words. When I got to the end, it said "Love, Mom." I doubled over in tears.

So thank you, Between the Bars. I sure hope 2014 can measure up to this year!

2011
Peace,
Billy
