RE: Civil Rights Lawsuit

On Thursday, the 26th of December, I finally sent my amended civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 to the northern district court in San Jose, California.

The judge had ordered that I name a representative to handle the estate of the deceased defendant. I don't know who that could be, and prison officials don't like to help prisoners at all. They will do everything possible to discourage and disrupt us form filing a legal action against prison staff. So I amended my complaint by naming other prison officials who had something to do with the civil rights violation and hoped to squeeze the information I need out of them.

This case is too important to just let it fade away. I need to succeed and either win in a jury trial or settlement so that I could get paid for the constitutional violations. I have a damn good case, I just need to issue it. I need that money so I could get the things I need. You'd think that after 30 years, I'd have everything by now. It's frustrating writing to do things but can't do them because I don't have the funds to pay for them.

I wouldn't even be in prison if I could have properly appealed my case years ago, so I'm counting on this case to help me.
