As explained earlier they have somewhat revised their program for the step down out of SHU. They sound the same to me. I don't see too much of a change. With the exception that now we don't need to sign a contract.
I'm still waiting to go before the (DRB) board to see what they tell me and what I must do to comply with their program if it's too much. I may have to decline. I am not going to bow down to them or anyone else. But if it's something I could work with, and still retain my self-respect and dignity. I'll think about it. I know some inmates have been let out of SHU. But others have refused to comply os this is why I can't say how I will react. I must hear them out first.
I will send the rest of the step down program policies as time permits. But it will be in parts. I know some inmates who have been let out of SHU and they are solid individuals. But still others who have refused are also solid individuals.
So this is why I think its confusing for a lot of inmates. I thought everyone was supposed to refuse comply. Obviously some have disregarded that.
