Rebuttal to Amanda Knox comment

While I am grateful that "harryrag" providing you readers with a link to another age containing - I hope - facts about the Kercher murder & Knox case, I am irritated that the commenter scampered off without taking the time to share the illumination they imply they have on the subject.
It all may be moot, given that - as I understand it - Know cannot be forced to surrender to Italian authorities for her recent reconviction because it violates the U.S. Constitution's Double Jeopardy Clause (and maybe Due Process too). American citizens can't be deprived of their Constitutional rights by another nation's courts, at least no with our government's help - U.S. law enforcement can't make Knox return to Italy, nor can Italian law enforcement come and kidnap her. (Any lawyers want to clarify this?)
The commenter is, apparently, a supporter of Meredith Kercher - as we all ought to be. Meredith too was a young, beautiful, intelligent woman who was wiped out. Personally, I'm disappointed that none of the convicts in the Italian prison Rudy Guede is in have eviscerated him; D.N.A. and fingerprints show that Guede did kill Kercher.
But what links Knox to the killing? What harryrag?
She's American? Attractive? Alive... and Kercher is not?
U.S.A. Today's opinionline (I forget the date - look it up on usatoday.com) seems to well cover the variety of thoughts on Knox's situation by Americans. Some of those thoughts ought to scare us, given that we Americans rely on jurors who are even less sophisticated to determine whether we're guilty or innocent. No wonder there are so many innocent people in prison! Two Twitters (twitts) stated Knox is guilty - with no evidence - and Matthew Dowd, ABC News, thinks Knox is getting a pass because of her good looks and pale skin.
She gets a pass because THERE'S NO EVIDENCE!
Casey Anthony was physically attractive, with, apparently, an unattractive (to some) personality (molded in part by the society around her, which rewarded her party-girl antics) - but again NO EVIDENCE proved her guilt. It was reasonable to doubt she killed her daughter yet believe she was skanky and stupid.
There are some twister women out there, women who are cute, yet will cut your throat. 9Of course moreso, statistics reveal, with men). But there will be some evidence they are twisted, a history of sadism. And with the years of spotlight on Knox, wouldn't someone have come forward by now and revealed that Knox killed puppies while masturbating, or the like?
If anything, it's amazing that not even a jilted lover has come forward to tell the media and us some dirt about Knox.
From the lack of evidence, we can only reasonably conclude that Amanda Knox is not a sexual psychopath, which makes it unreasonable to believe she suddenly committed a sexually psychopathic murder.
Maybe there's evidence I haven't heard of?
If so, let's hear about it. And please let me know why Dowd, at least, hasn't pointed out that evidence.

P.S. I wish the best to Meredith's family, as well as for Amanda and her family. I hope the KErchers don't think I or anyone in America is indifferent to their tragic loss for any reason at all, let alone because Meredith wasn't American.
