"Change"

Dog Fighting - What about inmate fighting. Cause we've seen this happen time and time again. Corrupt correctional officers, bored, pits one inmate against the other to amuse themselves, and pass time. The rewards maybe street food, extra food, pornography, extended privileges. And from what I hear staff members are currently on Administrative leave pending on investigation into this illegal activity taking place here at UCI. Which is another example of why personalised audio and video cameras need to be placed on correctional staff.

Right now I have to worry about reports (DR's) and such just for being vocal and speaking out against such corruption. I know their reading any blog, I know they don't like me speaking out against the death penalty, but what they hate even more is me speaking out about corruption, misconduct and illegal activities that take place within, what is the Florida Dept of 'corruption' cause the FDOC is just as corrupt and unethical as they come, I want to change that. We need prisons, but we need prisons that are not torturing people and mistreating them. And the only way to bring about this change, is by raising the bad, requiring correctional staff to take mandatory polygraph exams and wear personalised audio and video recording devices, it's the only way to keep unethical law breaking men and women out of FDOC employment. Just this week an FDOC officer was arrested for having sex with an underage child. One of our officers is in the Bradford county jail for murdering his girlfriend. Another of our old sgts is in prison for molestering his two daughters, then tried to hire someone to kill the daughters and his wife. It's just way too easy for the criminal element to me employed by the FDOC. Many countries require polygraph before they will hire people to work for the city. My mother, in the 1980's was required to take a polygraph before being hired. Here in the FDOC not only do we have humans in charge of other humans, but we have public safety coming into play. The technology is at hand to be put into place here and now.

The reasons I want this is because I want professionalism. Rules of conduct followed but we need a bill out before the house, in order to bring about this change. Pray this change will come about.
