Know Jones didn't know of his rights; Jones' counsel coerced him to plead true with presumption that he would be sentenced to 25 years or sentenced to a longer sentence. Due to other charges, Jones' reason of requesting someone's assistance, I was convicted for robbery even though I never robbed Kimberly Ward or Peter Carrie 10 14 2003 13.31 or actually produced weapon. There was sufficient evidence that I know the other person was committing robbery intentionally and knowingly; I was high on drugs: benzodiazepines, phencyclidine, PCP, marijuana, and cocaine. I wasn't taking my mental health medications; I'm taking 4 pills for bipolar (lithium, Prozac). I am still taking medications for my mental problems. My attorney alleged the state didn't need evidence of extraneous offense to prove if I identify knowledge or intent to deprive victim of property. The court never admitting Jones motive while in the car. Jones never obtain or maintain control of property intentionally knowingly or recklessly causing bodily injury to another or intentionally or threatening or place another in fear of imminent bodily injury or death all in the course of another person committing robbery or theft. Jones' lawyer should have objected on grounds that extraneous offense evidence in not admissible; my case don't meet the elements of robbery. Jones never intent to deprive. The toy gun—well, the pistol—was not designed, made, or adopted for the purpose of inflicting death or serious bodily injury. Jones never got outta the car, never pointed toward the victims a toy pistol; it was not a firearm.
