I'm sorry you're all stressed out. The email system is running here now. I don't know if there's a charge for you to mail me but it's $1.00 for me to mail you.
So, I'll send you $ this month for you to put on that J-Pay account, split it between us bot so we can mail back and forth for a month...
And I urge you to write a complaint letter to the warden CC: to the Governor, Commissioner, etc., about the separation of families not by the incarceration itself but by the extortion of families by the doc and it's appointed contractors controlling communication between families and inmates.
I URGE EVERYONE with families and loved ones incarcerated to do the same.
I will be beginning a lawsuit on this, it won't be a suit for $ but to force lawmakers to take notice and change the practice in place of allowing private companies to charge unbelievable rates to call loved ones, to email family, to see sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, husbands or wives.
For me it's $9.00 to call you "sister" and $7.00 to call my wife...that's outrageous! For 15 minutes, that should be ILLEGAL...it's $1.00 for 6000 characters in an email - which is $0.00 out there - on my side it's not bad - call it $1.00 for web access, but to charge family to send mail back-
