Hey Rui,
I'm glad to find that my art and posts succeeded in capturing the attention of someone as far away as Portugal! :)
There are good wolves in prison, as you suggested, and I'm fortunate to have met a couple. Alas, for the most part, I've wound up with teeth marks on my hands.
One good wolf helped get me hired as a tutor. At first the teachers who interviewed me doubted that I. whim they presumed to be anti-black/brown (vs. pro-white...for lack of a better word), would be able or willing to work with the mostly black and a few brown (Hispanic) students they had. (The teachers were and are both black females,fyi). But the students like me and I like working with them. So...even supposedly bad wolves can be good. They guy who helped me (by telling his buddy to put in a good word for me) get the job was co-founder of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas, a group much like my former pack (the Aryan Circle), has become a blight to the white race, contrary to its founders' purposes.
But all that's another story, which I will get into in great detail, sooner or later.
It is very true that I often feel alone, even though there's around a thousand people around me. Very few can or do appreciate what I appreciate, and so many are so desperate: for drugs, for sex, for power, for freedom....But, as you said, I can cope with it: I have, and used my time fairly constructively, to master drawing, poetry and educate myself in ways I probably wouldn't have if caught up in the rat race that is most "free" peoples' lives.
