Criminal Activity Forging State Documents
Florida Administrative Codes, known as F.A.C., and state law Florida statutes are being violated on a regular basis here at Union Correctional Institution (UCI), and throughout the Florida Dept. of Corrections. Officers, staff, and inmates are governed by 33-FAC Rules of Conduct 33-208,002. The first five lines read, "The Dept. of Corrections requires all employees to familiarize themselves with ALL rules and regulations pertaining to their positions and duties and requires that employees abide by these rules and regulations". Section 12 states, "No employee shall falsify reports or records". And section 19 states "no employee shall knowingly submit inaccurate or untruthful information for or on any Department of Corrections record, report, or document". Just this week on my DR (Disciplinary Report), appeal #1410-213-294, an individual in this Administration forged the signature of warden Diane Andrews below her typed and titled name. The individual who forged this signature knew they had no right to sign this document, according to 33-601,309 (2) and (4). She knows these rules, and the Classification whom I suspect forged her signature knows these rules. The DR #213-141428 was written by Classification. The Classification supervisor instructed my Classification officer to write the DR. The grievance response was typed by a member of Classification, which is within the rules. The deceptive chicken scratch signature, that is a deceptive forgery is not within the rules, is not in compliance with 33-FAC or Fla. Statute 944.09 Rules. F.A.C. state laws have been violated!
The deceptive individual possibly thought I would not notice. But I have two grievance appeals on DRS from back in March 2014. Grievance log numbers 1403-213078 and 1403-213-078 that has Warden Diane Andrews signature on them. I also have numerous other grievances and request slips that display her signature. I know she didn't allocate for someone to view that Appeal Grievance 1410-213-294, and sign off on it. Cause if she did that, then she knowingly violated F.A.C. and the Law 944.09 that mandates Fla. Admin. Codes.
Bottom line is someone has unequivocally violated 944.09 and the Administrative Codes for which it mandates. I have called for compliance with 33-208.002 section (2) (a) 4 and (b), that a report be written and submitted to the regional director and circuit administrator. I've instructed the Warden Assistant, Warden, and the Institution Inspector to file this report, and I've called for an outside, independent investigation in these crimes. Hey, this has been, and always will be Florida Dept. of CORRUPTION. Where will the cards fall, whose going to cover whose bum, or will they attempt to sweep it under the rug? Stick around and we will see. For I will be posting all documents.
Delightfully submitted,
Ronald W. Clark, Jr.

On a lighter note, I hope the final couple of months in 2014 are going well for you. The end of an old year brings reflections on its experiences; the coming of a new one brings resolutions to fix what went wrong, and maintain what went right the previous year. I've been working on spiritual and emotional exercises lately. For instance, every night before bed, I write down or recall five things I was thankful for during the day. Apparently, this practice has been very helpful in curing people of depression, and veterans of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. And lo and behold, it very much works for me! Simply shifting what my mind focused on, bore great fruit. Strengthening my gratitude muscle is definitely something I'm trying to do this coming year. Have you had a similar experience?
Anyway, I hope you keep posting, and we're anxiously awaiting news about the violation of law. Try posting those documents when you can.
Until next time, Calhoun25.
P.S. If you have access to his work, and if you haven't read him already, try checking out John Locke. You might like what he has to say about respecting individual rights. (You're going to want to look for his Second Treatise of Government)
