Don't pack up and move back to California right away, my ❤. I'm still going to be locked up a while longer —maybe years, maybe never. I've only just become eligible. I have no NA, AA, or any other groups. I'm going to have to do a lot of work to get ready over the next couple of years. I have to start going to the phys for one thing, and I'm going to need a lot of help, from my loved ones. You might be wrong about that not being the place did want to be —you would be there— and I'm looking for peaceful now. Of course, there is parole. They would never let me (parole) go to where you're at. :) But we would be able to visit —they still have planes + trains. I just did a couple of paintings for Reyna + Jessika —a butterfly and fawn. Ted wouldn't mind saying his to you.

People have known for hundreds of years that music is deep healing. I miss hearing your voice on the phone. You giggle, deep belly laughter triggers the release of happy endorphin, which lowers the risk of blood clots. Women who received frequent hugs from their partner have reduced heart rates and blood pressure = cuddle up with me. ❤
